iPod Class Action Suit Takes Bizarre Turn
So the guy that supposedly started the whole Nano scratch class action lawsuit says he was never involved in the suit and that he never hired the attorneys that are currently working on the case. So what did the attorneys do? File a lawsuit against the guy to keep him “in” the lawsuit as a plaintiff. What the?!?!
