Police said a grenade found in the Burger King in Andalusia caused some tense moments yesterday.


Andalusia Police Chief Wilbur Williams said an employee at the fast food restaurant found the grenade and gave it to a manager who called police.

The building was evacuated and the grenade was taken to an empty field so a military expert could examine it. The grenade turned out to be inert.
