California Bans Texting While Driving
I know some people might be upset over the ban on texting while driving law but, for the most part, it is a good idea to keep drivers attention on the road. Do you think it is a good law? Makes you wonder why only 7 states have banned texting while driving, doesn’t it?
California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a law making it illegal to read or send text messages while driving in California. The bill imposes a 20 dollar fine for a first offence and 50 dollars for repeat offenders using any electronic devices to read or send messages, starting next year.
