This is a chess board that plugs into a computer for challenging play against another player or the computer itself, and rolls up to the size of a newspaper for easy transport. The flexible rubber board plugs into a USB port, and the included software memorizes where each piece has been moved in the event a game must be suspended.

The software also provides hints during the game and enables you to save pictures of a game in-progress for play-by-e-mail games; it can replay an entire game on your computer's screen, allowing you to see where you made a fatal move. Three levels of challenge provide tutoring for beginners and challenging scenarios for intermediate players.
