Maverick Pyrometer Infrared Surface Thermometer

This pyrometer uses an infrared beam to detect radiant energy and measure the surface temperature of a sauté or grill grate, allowing you to instantly determine when a cooking surface is sufficiently heated for optimal searing of steaks or for the gentle browning of pancakes.

A built-in laser guide displays a red dot on the object being measured, and the thermometer has a distance-to-spot ratio of 9:1, ensuring accurate readings from up to 5' away.
