YouTube Video Makes Airline Take Responsibility

Thanks to this guy’s fantastic YouTube video, a year-long fight with United Airlines over a broken $3,500 guitar has come to an end. It’s funny how the airline refused to do anything for a year, now all the sudden they are taking care of the claim. This is just another reminder how powerful the internet can be....well, if you can sing, write your own song and make a YouTube video.
