This pair of dumbbells can be quickly adjusted to weigh between 5 and 25 lbs., saving space by exchanging 10 dumbbells for two.

Each dumbbell has eight 2 1/2 lb. chrome-plated steel plates that attach to each 5 lb. handle bar using an internal slider system. Turning the knob allows you to select any 2 1/2 lb. increment up to a total of 25 lbs.; unselected plates remain in the weight tray.
