Andy Rooney Ends 60 Minutes Run: “My Lucky Life”

Rooney says in his farewell piece that he has had a lucky life. But befitting his crusty nature, he voices one complaint. He doesn’t like being famous and being bothered by fans. He signs off by telling viewers that if they should see him in a restaurant: “Please, just let me eat my dinner.”
