Ever wonder how Apple Computer became the industry icon it is today? How and why is it that a simple computer manufacturer could endear itself to its customer base so well that some researchers feel that Apple fans are not only just a cult but bordering on religion? It’s not hard to see why certain Apple products are revered so highly among customers, as Apple has been fortunate enough to quite literally revolutionize an entire product category itself more than once in recent history.

But where did it all begin? How did Jobs, Wozniak and a lesser known fellow by the name of Ronald Wayne find their identity in the market and eventually allow Mr. Jobs to grow the company to where it is today? With a market capitalization that is now larger than Microsoft, it’s almost hard to believe.

To be fit you need to stop letting myths like these hold you back.

1. Walking is not as effective as running.
2. Exercise increases hunger
3. It doesn’t matter where your calories come from
4. Diet alone is enough for sustained weight loss
5. There is no best time for exercise

When is a chair not just a chair? When it looks like one of the enemy ships from the Space Invaders game. This love seat may not be ergonomic and/or comfortable, but it’s most certainly a conversation piece nonetheless.
